Brass Toe Caps are scaled to fit small tables. They were often used during the colonial revival period as an alternative to vintage claw feet. These understated brass caps add elegance to both contemporary and antique Federal furniture. Use on small pedestal tables, large dining tables or curved furniture legs needing toe caps.

Our brass toe caps are stamped from sheet brass.  The shape is comfortable and smooth. The finish is polished. It is not lacquered and will darken over time.  Stamped brass toe caps offer the advantage of being slightly flexible to conform to furniture legs.

Install

• Toe Cap should fit down snugly, onto furniture foot.
• If foot-size differs from toe cap, it may be necessary to reshape furniture foot. 
• Test fit, once foot is correctly shaped.
• If minor adjustments are still needed, carefully bend brass a slight amount to conform to furniture foot.
• Once fit is correct, attach with 2 mounting pins.
