Pierced Chippendale Pulls offer a stunning transition between drawer front and handle. Noteworthy openwork design exposes the natural beauty of the wood.
Furniture made in the 18th century was frequently influenced by Chinese design. These antique drawer pulls demonstrate this influence. The fretwork pattern is an English design. However they are often referred to as Chinese Chippendale or Chinoiserie. This style was popularized in the late 18th century by Thomas Chippendale, a famous cabinet maker.
Pierced Chippendale Pulls are made of solid brass with a glamorous shiny finish. 3" mounting centers fit many drawers.
Boring: distance between center of mounting hole to center of adjacent mounting hole.
If replacing handles: replacement-handle-boring must match actual boring measurement in drawer.
Overall Size: width and height of handle at widest point.

Thread size of machine screws is generally 8-32. Length supplied is determined by manufacturer. While supplied screw length is generally useful, occasionally a different size is required. Please let us know if you need a specific length. To determine the correct size: measure wood thickness and add 1/4".
