Claw Feet for Curved Furniture Legs

Brass Claw Feet are a small brass paw which caps curved table legs. Extensively used by Duncan Phyfe a period furniture cabinet maker and again popularized with the Colonial Revival movement.
Our brass claw feet are stamped brass with sharp crisp detail. The finish is polished. It is not lacquered and will darken over time. Stamped brass claw feet offer the advantage of being slightly flexible to conform to furniture legs.
Install
- Claw foot should fit down snugly, onto furniture foot.
- If foot-size differs from claw foot, it may be necessary to reshape furniture foot.
- Test fit, once foot is correctly shaped.
- If minor adjustments are still needed, carefully bend brass a slight amount to conform to furniture foot.
- Once fit is correct, attach with 2 mounting pins.
If restoring furniture: legs may need alteration to accommodate claw feet.
