Snap in Lamp Sockets are often used to provide light in bases of Gone with the Wind Lamps. Position snap in lamp sockets in bases. Spring clips hold it in place. When rewiring lamp, wire leads will connect to gone with the wind socket. This enables top socket to operate both itself and this snap in night light lamp socket.
Socket is made of phenolic, a composite resin, with metal interior. Color is black. Wire leads are attached.
