Paw Feet for Curved Furniture Legs
Small Antique Claw Foot is sized to fit small tables with curved legs. This style was popularized by Duncan Phyfe, a prominent cabinet maker in the early 19th century. Interest in claw feet was renewed during the Colonial Revival period due to it's eye catching style and the protection from abrasion given to furniture feet.

Antique paw foot is stamped brass. The stamping is sharp and crisp emphasizing claw foot design. Finish is antique. It is darkened to look old. Antique finishes are hand applied and can vary in darkness. For a consistent color, we suggest ordering all needed pieces at once.
Install
- Claw foot should fit down snugly, onto furniture foot.
- If foot-size differs from claw foot, it may be necessary to reshape furniture foot.
- Test fit, once foot is correctly shaped.
- If minor adjustments are still needed, carefully bend brass a slight amount to conform to furniture foot.
- Once fit is correct, attach with 2 mounting pins.
If restoring furniture: legs may need alteration to accommodate claw feet.
