If replacing drawer handles, check distance between holes

Premium Chippendale Drawer Pulls are sized for smaller drawers. These premium drawer pulls are beautifully made of solid brass. No need to polish, as a lasting polished and lacquered finish has been applied to keep these pull shiny for years. Swan neck bail handle is held by two posts that are permanently connected to backplate.

These Chippendale drawer pulls are authentic reproductions of colonial handles. The much used maple leaf back plate defines this classic handle. It was originally used in the late 1700's. The American colonial revival period, of the 20th century, saw a resurgence in popularity of these antique drawer pulls.

Measure Chippendale Drawer Pulls

  • Boring: distance between center of mounting hole to center of adjacent mounting hole.
  • If replacing handles: replacement-handle-boring must match actual boring measurement in drawer.
  • Overall Size: width and height of handle at widest point.

Attaching Chippendale Pulls

  • Handle attaches to drawer with two machine screws
  • Position handle on drawer front
  • Insert screws through mounting holes, from drawer interior and screw into posts
  • Thread size of machine screws is generally 8-32. Length supplied is determined by manufacturer. While supplied screw length is generally useful, occasionally a different size is required. Please let us know if you need a specific length. To determine the correct size: measure wood thickness and add 1/4".
