Bolt is nickel-plated. Upper part of stem is smooth, without threads, to provide attractive appearance. Bolt-head does not have slot and is smooth.
Install Bolt in Knob
- To use simply slip bolt through front of hole in knob or handle.
- Secure with included square head nut on back side of drawer or door.
- Always hand tighten to avoid putting to much pressure on glass knobs or handles.

My wife wanted to used several hexagonal glass knobs I'd salvaged from some old unrestorable dressers on the vanity and linen cabinets in our bathroom redo, but the mounting bolts were in bad shape. Paxton Hardware's replacement bolts were a perfect match to the originals and could be easily cut to an exact length to minimize the amount of exposed bolt ends inside the doors and drawers.
