This pre-wired lamp socket is stamped brass. It includes a gold 8' cord, projecting from side of socket-cap. It is easy to use, durable, and offers a long-lasting appearance.
Easy to Install
- Simply screw base of lamp-socket onto standard 1/8 IP (3/8" OD) threaded lamp pipe. This is a pipe-size is used on many lamps.
- Add 3 way bulb
- Plug into electrical outlet.

Molly M. I don't know how to wire a lamp. This socket came with the wire already attached. I just unscrewed the old socket from the lamp pipe and screwed this one one. Could not have been easier and now my lamp works!
