Craftsman Hardware

These Mission Ring Pulls enhance the appearance of early 20th century furniture with their Craftsman style. The backplate is designed in a simple rectangular shape, featuring a circular ring pull that is indicative of this Arts and Crafts era. These pulls are sized to fit a variety of cupboard doors and have a pleasant scale that does not overpower the overall look.

Mission Ring Pulls for Cabinet Doors

  • Backplate Width: 1-3/8"
  • Backplate Height: 4"
  • Ring Diameter: 1-1/8"

Matching Craftsman Hardware:

Each of these Arts and Crafts ring pulls is a faithful reproduction, featuring a beautifully textured hammered surface that begs to be touched. The round ring pull is secured by a permanent center post attached to a backplate. Made of brass with a deep copper finish, these handles accurately replicate the original Craftsman hardware.

Install: Front mount

  • Pull mounts with 4 pyramid head screws
  • Mount directly to door front.
  • Care is required when installing screws. These screws are the best match for these handles. However the screw can easily be damaged if the hole is not properly prepared.
  • The best practice is to first drill a pilot hole. Use a drill bit slightly smaller than the overall width of the screw, including threads, to drill the hole. Then use a steel screw, the same size as brass screw, to “cut threads” in pilot hole, by screwing steel screw into and then out of hole.

Good looking reproduction

From casual inspection, these look much like the real hammered copper ring pulls they imitate. On closer inspection, you can tell they are cast, (metal unknown) and each is identical to the other. But if you're not making reproduction furniture, they serve fine. The color finish looks enough like aged hammered copper (complete with patina) that I am not ashamed to use them on built-in cabinetry.
