David B. These ball-tipped, oil-rubbed bronze hinges are well made and are high quality. I used them on the book case doors with glass panels and they look great! I know that brass screws are traditional for these hinges but; they are fragile and can easily twist-off in hard woods, even when you drill pilot holes. It would be great if they came with steel screws (to match the hinges), or were offered as an option.

David V. This ball-tipped, oil-rubbed bronze hinges are absolutely beautiful. They are as tight as can be (i.e., no mechanical slop), yet they open and close effortlessly. I bought 11 pairs for our newly painted kitchen and liked them so much that I ordered another 8 pairs for our pantry.
