Brass Shelf Brackets

Brass Shelf Brackets

• Short Arm Length: 5"
• Long Arm Length: 8-1/2"
• Arm Width Tapers from 3/4" - 5/8" (widest at corner tapers to ends)

These shelf supports are sturdy cast brass. The finish is polished but not lacquered. Brass will age over time developing a pleasing natural patina.

 Install Brackets:

• Mount brass shelf brackets with either long or short arm, supporting the shelf. 
• Support-arm should be approximately 75% the depth of shelf.
• Number of brackets used depends on: length of shelf and weight it will support. 
• Attach shelf to brackets, before attaching to wall.
• Drill pilot hole before inserting brass screws.
• When mounting, screw shelf bracket to wall studs using longer length screws. For optimal support use a bracket at each wall stud.
