Install

Install Railing on Wood Surface: attach to surface top with wood screws.

Not for glass or stone.

  • Layout brass railing
  • Cut rods to appropriate lengths
  • Loosely assemble rods and posts
  • Mark screw location and drill necessary pilot holes for brass screws
  • Slip rods in place. 
  • Insert brass screws through holes in base of posts. Carefully screw them down into pre drilled holes.

Description

Brass Cabinet Railing End Post is a decorative balustrade shape with ball top.  Rod slides into post just half-way leaving backside of post is smooth for a finished appearance. It is an easy to install option when adding a traditional furniture rail to projects.

Raw unfinished, unlacquered - solid brass, can be polished and lacquered for a long lasting shine or left to age naturally. If preferred, the brass can be colored using various procedures. Although we do-not offer this option, there are various brass coloring techniques and solutions available available online.
