Top 1" of bolt is smooth, threaded after this point
Glass Knob Bolts are a long 3" length, providing additional wood thickness options.Bolt head is dome shaped with a slight dimple in the center. It is smooth to the touch.
Bolts for glass knobs slip through hole from front of knob or handle and are secured with a square head nut on back side of drawer or door. Use with glass handles and knobs. Always hand tighten to avoid putting to much pressure on the glass knobs or handles.
If needed, bolts can be cut to shorter length with hacksaw or wire cutters large enough to cut 8-32 size. It is best to screw nut onto bolt before cutting. Nut can then be worked up and down at cut edge, to straighten threads.
