Electric Oil Lamp Converter offers a simple solution for adapting oil lamps to electric. In addition, this handy part eliminates using a glass chimney, as a harp is now used to support the lamp shade. Use on oil lamps with a #2 collar which have a 1-3/16" interior diameter. No wiring is necessary. The quality and ease of use make this part a great option when restoring vintage and antique oil lamps.
This electric converter is mostly brass with the exception of the brass-plated harp. The wired lamp socket is stamped brass. It includes a 8' gold cord which projects from the side of socket-cap. It provides three levels of light. Use with a 3-way bulb. Collar not included. The complete assembly is easy to use, durable, and offers a long-lasting appearance.
Easy to Install
- For Oil Lamps with a #2 collar. This size collar has a 1-3/16" opening.
- Simply screw adapter into collar. Fits most #2 collars
- Add light bulb and shade
