The socket shell is stamped brass, providing superior durability and a long-lasting quality appearance. Unlike brass-plated or brass-guilt sockets, it does not become washed-out over time. Harp is brass plated. This lamp socket assembly is prewired with an 8' transparent gold color cord that projects from side of socket-cap. The complete assembly is easy to use, durable, and offers a long-lasting appearance.
