Material & Finish

Brass Lamp Socket
This socket has a solid brass socket shell that outperforms plated or gilt alternatives by eliminating finish deterioration. While the coloration on non-solid brass sockets tend to wear off revealing the base metal underneath, solid brass remains stable—resisting corrosion and acquiring a refined patina that enriches your fixture's visual appeal. In addition, the brass construction typically has sturdier threads, providing better reliability.
