Description

Sandwich Pattern Glass Knobs are an early style used on Federal and Empire furniture. Originally they were produced by the Sandwich Glass Factory, hence the name. Mold blown, pressed glass was created with stippled designs to refract the light. The oversize appearance, wider base and historic style make them the perfect choice for antique furniture.

Material & Finish

These drawer knobs are made by pressing molten glass into a specific shaped mold, a method dating back to the 19th century. The transparency of the clear glass provides a timeless elegance blending with many furniture and cabinet styles.
