Square Brass Caster Cups for Furniture are a favorite of the design trade. These useful brass caster cups protect base of furniture legs from abrasion and provide a pleasing transition between furniture legs and floor. Use on square table and chair legs. They are often referred to as brass sabots or ferrules. 

Square Caster Cups are substantial, ideal for the bottoms of furniture legs. They are cast brass. Polished finish is not lacquered and will age over time. The surface, while shinny, does display some tiny pit marks. Elegant tapered shape has lipped edge at top. Bottom is closed.

If restoring furniture:  legs may need alteration for round brass caps to fit correctly.

• Use on round furniture legs.
• Compare leg-size to actual interior cup measurements as these dimensions closely represents actual leg size.
• If leg-size differs from cap measurement; furniture-leg will need to be altered to fit in round cap.
• Test fit, leg should fit snugly into round-cap. Mark screw hole location on leg.
• Drill pilot holes for screws.
• Position Round Brass Cap on furniture leg, secured with two wood screws.
