Steel Adapter Screws  enable a small pull or knob to be screwed directly into the front of a drawer. These conversion screws convert 8-32 machine screws  to wood screws. This enables an item which has a machine thread, such as a knob, to be screwed directly into a piece of wood. Steel Adapter Screws are often used on gallery posts and smaller knobs. Frequently they are used on jewelry boxes, desk cubby doors and slide out supports for desk lids.
