Antique Candle Sleeves are an economical choice for vintage lighting. Each is handmade with a hand applied drip pattern. Faux finish highlights drips and has an antique patina. The color is a natural buff hue. These candle sleeves look old. They are made of heavy paper board for years of service. Use on candelabra candle sockets. *
Install Candle Sleeve
- Slide chandelier candle sleeves over candelabra candle socket with cardboard insulator.
- Correct height is important. Once in place the top of the candle cover should be level with the top of the socket or insulator. If it is taller the heat from the socket / bulb may scorch it.
- Candle sleeves are not to be used as a socket insulator.
- 4 inch height can be cut shorter if needed.
Before making any changes to electrical fixtures and/or lamps:
- Disconnect plug/wire from the electrical source.
- Turning lamp off will not protect you from electric shock.
- If you are unsure how to safely proceed contact a licensed electrician.
