Federal style Escutcheons for Furniture
Sheraton Keyhole Covers are authentically reproduced to match those of the Federal period. They were extensively used by Thomas Sheraton on his furniture designs. This style is defined by the square shape, raised profile and square cut corners. Stamped brass, like the originals, with a polished finish.

Install - Federal style Escutcheons
- Locate best placement for keyhole on furniture front. Make sure keyhole is aligned correctly with key pin in lock. Be sure hole in key barrel is lined up correctly to comfortably go over pin in lock mechanism.
- Mark location of both attachment pins. Be sure they are level with each other.
- Drill small pilot hole at attachment pin locations.
- Hold keyhole cover in place. Press each pin in hole and then tap into place.
