This style was made famous by Thomas Sheraton, a furniture designer from the late 1700's. He popularized this style during the Federal period, where they were fondly named "Sheraton Knobs".
Install Federal Cabinet Knobs
- If using with backplate: Use same diameter backplate and knob
- Mounts from a single hole
- To install: Insert machine screw from drawer or door interior, through single hole in wood and screw into back of knob
- To avoid scaring cabinet, always thread screw into knob - do not turn knob onto screw when tightening.
