Should you not like an item, for any reason, simply return it within 60 days of receipt. Its that easy!

    How do I return or exchange an item

    At Paxton Hardware, we take pride in providing authentic craftsmanship and quality to stand the test of time. Our commitment to you our customer is of utmost importance. Each item is hand checked before shipment to provide you exactly what you ordered.

    We realize that not every product is suitable for your requirements, for this reason we unconditionally guarantee all products. Simply return any item for any reason, in its original condition, within 60 days of receipt. We will replace the item or refund the cost of the merchandise whichever you prefer. 

     Please inspect your products immediately upon delivery.  Notify us of any damaged, incomplete, or inaccurate shipments. We'll fix the issue or offer a full refund.

    Return Policy

    We realize that not every product is suitable for your requirements, for this reason we unconditionally guarantee all products. Simply return any item for any reason, in its original condition, within 60 days of receipt. We will replace the item or refund the cost of the merchandise whichever you prefer. Returns over 60 days are not accepted.

    Please note: all items must be returned unused, in their original condition with sufficient packaging.

    • Hardware must be returned individually wrapped. Please do not throw it unwrapped into a bag, as it can scratch if not protected. Hardware received scratched will either not be accepted or be subject to a restocking fee.
    • Fabric, parchment and mica lamp shades must remain wrapped - the outer protective cellophane cannot be removed.

    Returns

    Orders will be refunded to original payment method.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted such as: items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts and/or delayed returns. In these situations refunds, restocking charges or unacceptable returns will be determined by Paxton Hardware, Ltd.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you received incorrect or damaged products.

    Exchanges

    Due to payment security systems: the processing of exchanges are handled as a two-part-process: 

    1. Your original payment method will be refunded once we receive the products you are returning.
    2. Please place a new order for items you would like.

    Shipping products back to Paxton:

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Wrap and pack product securely. (You can reuse box your order came in, as long as it wasn’t damaged in shipment. If using initial box, cover original shipping label.)
    2. Include proof of purchase (invoice, packing slip, store receipt) plus your name, address, email and phone number  with a brief description of why you’re returning the item.
    3. Address Box:

    1. Please note: return labels are not provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
    2. When returning an item: you are the shipper. If the products get lost or damaged in transit it is not Paxton Hardware, Ltd’s responsibility. As such we recommend making sure the return products are insured in case of damage. Keep the tracking number in the off chance the package strays on its way back to us.
