- If unsure of burner type: measure diameter of burner ridge, where chimney sits.
- Slip shade-holder-center-ring over lamp burner and inside burner tines
- Press tightly down onto lamp burner squeezing edges of ring tightly onto burner
- Ring must fit snugly on lamp burner
