Description

Transparent Gold Lamp Cord Set is a great compliment for brass and copper lamps. This easy to use style simplifies lamp rewiring as plug is already attached and copper-tipped ends are easy to maneuver around screws on lamp socket interior.

Type: SPT-2 is thicker with a 0.45" plastic insulation providing more protection and resistant to abrasion. Slipping SPT-2 wire through 3/8" - 1/8 IP lamp pipe can be tight.

Material & Finish

18 gauge: 2 parallel stranded copper wires with standard SPT-2 plastic insulation - Transparent Gold.
The smooth plastic covered side is positive/hot. Whereas the opposite side with slight ribs in plastic covering is neutral/negative.
Stripped, copper-tipped ends simplify wrapping wire around socket screws.
Molded-on plug is permanently attached to lamp cord.
