Round Knob Backplates
Sheraton backplates provide added protection against hand opening wear on drawers and cabinet doors. Use in combination with matching 1-1/2" knobs for a period appearance. Both decorative and functional, back-plates are stamped brass with crisp detail and a rolled edge.

Brass backplate has an antique finish. It is hand applied, providing a natural look. The manufacturing process matches those dating from the Federal era. We try our best to match the backplates with the knobs however the colors do-not match perfectly.
Measure & Install Circulate Backplates
- Measure backplates according to outside diameter
- Center hole slips 8/32 screw
- Use same diameter Sheraton backplate and knob
- Mounts with single hole

E I replaced the knobs on a sideboard that I purchased at an estate sale. The furniture piece was in perfect condition except that it needed the classic knobs and backplates to achieve the look that I wanted. The installation was easy, other than the screws that were included with my knobs were not long enough to reach thru the backplate and into the knob. Fortunately, I had longer screws from a previous purchase that worked just fine.
