Surface Lock for Cabinet Doors

• Backset- Distance To Pin: 1-1/16" (27 mm) this measurement is critical if replacing a lock as keyhole in lock and furniture must line up together.
• Lock Plate: 2-1/8" wide x 3-1/16" high (55 mm x 78 mm)
• Bolt Projection: 9/16"

Install Considerations

• This black cabinet door lock is quick and easy to install as no mortising is need
• Mount lock directly to cabinet door interior
• Surface locks are unique in that they are reversable, meaning that they can be used on either a right or left hand door.
• If replacing an old lock: measure distance between selvedge-edge (edge where bolt shoots through lock) to lock pin in center of keyhole. This measurement is known as the backset.
