Adjustable Candle Socket has a turn knob switch on side of socket providing easy on-off access. Use on new or vintage boudoir or candlestick lamps.

Candle Covers for Medium Base Candle Sockets When rewiring vintage lighting it is best to replace both socket and lamp cord. |
Install socket with sleeve:
- Unscrew turn-knob from socket.
- Slip sleeve over socket with cardboard insulator.
- Measure turn-post location.
- Remove sleeve, drill hole at measured location.
- Wire socket, use included cardboard insulator to cover socket terminals.
- Slide sleeve back onto socket with cardboard insulator.
- Adjust sleeve for turn-post to protrude thru candle cover.
- Screw turn-knob back on to post.
Before making any changes to electrical fixtures and/or lamps:
- Disconnect plug/wire from the electrical source.
- Turning lamp off will not protect you from electric shock.
- If you are unsure how to safely proceed contact a licensed electrician.
